The technology is patented: the LEXAN sheet withstands impacts and UV radiation, while the steel tubes are protected against most potentially corrosive water. Water quality varies from place to place: chlorine combined with heat can shorten the service life of a thermosiphon solar collector. Lexan® Thermoclear® front sheet
EGO is much more durable and efficient than conventional thermosiphon systems thanks to its Lexan® Thermoclear® sheet, which significantly reduces heat loss compared with traditional glass, eliminates condensation and improves weather resistance.
PVC casing
EGO is 40% lighter than conventional thermosiphon systems thanks to its white PVC casing. Lighter, easier and faster to install, it makes installation simpler: the 105-litre model weighs just 36 kg!
Domestic hot water storage
The domestic hot water storage tank is made from a new alloy that withstands even highly aggressive water, ensuring hygiene and long service life.
